Can I send money from my mpesa account to my pochi la biashara account?

I am unable to transfer money from my mpesa to my pochi LA biashara

Pochi La Biashara is a business account that you create on your personal number so that your customers can pay using Mpesa.

It is not possible for you to send money from your Mpesa account your pochi la biashara account. Only customers can do so.

Alternatively, use another mpesa account to transfer money to your pochi la biashara account.

Can you guys do anything to allow that service sometimes pochi doesn't work from different customers numbers and end up sending money onto MPESA account which is not the goal.

Actually you can. Dial *334#, select option 8(pochi la biashara) then click on option 2(withdraw funds) and select 3(withdraw from my Mpesa to pochi la biashara)

Dial *334#, select option 8(pochi la biashara) then click on option 2(withdraw funds) and select option 3(withdraw from my Mpesa to pochi la biashara).Enter amount, then proceed to enter your Mpesa pin.
