KNEC does not issue result slips but certificates. Results slips can only be issued by your school. If you need confirmation of results sent to your learning institution then do it online via QMIS KNEC Portal.
Your question is not clear. If you have your KCSE certificate then your index number is on your KCSE certificate. Results slips are irrelevant if you have your KCSE certificate.
KCSE results slips are not available online. KNEC does not also issue a copy of the KCSE result slip. The only option you have if you have not cleared your fee is to negotiate with your secondary school principal.
Unfortunately KNEC does replace result slips. The only thing that you can replace is your certificate.
It is not possible to download KCSE result slip online. However, you can apply for confirmation of results and they will be sent to the school you want to join within 2 weeks. Confirmation of results is done through QMIS KNEC portal: https://qmis.knec.ac.ke/
