Can one apply for internship if the person is about to graduate after 4 months?

Assuming the application will be open on June to July and i'll be graduating in November, can I still apply even without my degree certificate??

Maybe I can provide other document like transcripts??

Yes,  you can apply. But it all depends on the rules of the company or institution that you want to apply to.

Most companies do allow students in their final year and those who have completed their studies in the last 12 months.
