You only get Y in KNEC exams (KCPE/KCSE) if you are found to have cheated. You cannot get Y because you cancelled your answers.
You can access KCSE results for the entire school by login to KNEC exam portal: https://www.knec-portal.ac.ke/KCSE_Results/ If you are getting an error when you try to login then try later. The results are normally posted in the portal about one week after release of the exams.
If some learning areas are missing in KPSEA results slip then you need to contact the school headteacher who should follow up with KNEC for update or feedback. However, all KPSEA learners will be allowed to join Grade 7 without considering performance. That was a directive from the ministry of education cabinet secretary.
Inter-institution transfer is done online, but currently, the portal is not open for transfer. You can write to KUCCPS CEO if you have a specific reason for inter-institution transfer.
