The official languages in Kenya are Kiswahili and English.

 Other than the two official languages Kenya has more than 40 local languages spoken by different ethnic groups.

The four most popular tribes In Kenya and the local language they speak are;

  • Kikuyu ( Gikuyu langage)
  • Luhya (Luhya language)
  • Kalenjin (Kalenjin language)
  • Luo (Dholuo)
