Once you have filled a credit request form and submitted to a CRB company, it take less than 24 hours to receive the report. You will be issued with the report the same day if you visit a CRB company office.

If you were wrongly listed because of M-shwari loan, then you need to contact Safaricom and file a dispute. Safaricom will then submit your details to CRB for credit profile to be corrected.
