It takes 14 days for KUCCPS to process and approve inter university transfer. The 14 days is after the university you want to leave and the university you want to join have endorsed your application. If any of the concerned University delays to endorse your application then KUCCPS is not to blame. You should contact the said University and follow-up on the progress of endorsement.
The time it takes for the KUCCPS inter-institution transfer to be complete depends on your receiving institution. You might want to contact your receiving institution to confirm whether they have received your transfer.
The time takes for the receiving and releasing institution to endorse your kuccps inter-institution application depends on how fast their academic department is. If the receiving or releasing institution is delaying in endorsing your application then you may want to contact them for inquires. Once your inter-institution transfer has been endorsed by the releasing and receiving university and it has been approved then you can transfer letter from KUCCPS portal. You will not see the transfer letter if the mentioned processes have not been completed.
After revision of courses has been completed, KUCCPS will take time process application details before announcing placement results. Therefore, you should wait for the results any day from the date revision of courses have been completed.
