To reverse Kenya Power payment made through Mpesa to the wrong meter number then download and fill out the reallocation form and take it to any Kenya Power office in your area. You will be issued a reference number which you can use later to follow up on reversal delays. Tokens will be reallocated to the correct KPLC meter number and you will receive a message. Mpesa statement for more than 12 months can be obtained by visiting a Safaricom shop near you with your ID.If you paid via Bank, go to the branch where you made the payment and request for a payment receipt to be generated. They can use your ID number to search for payment.
