If you login into your eCitizen portal account and the status of your passport application is reading as “receiving”, then it means it is ready for collection.

Go to https://passport.posta.co.ke and enter your passport tracking number and pay the delivery fee to have your passport delivered to where you want

Hey, if your passport is on RECEIVING mode, just go to https://passport.posta.co.ke , enter your tracking number, input where you want it delivered, and pay a delivery fee.

How did you receive yours without a tracking number?

You're given the tracking number after submitting your biometrics.
