its bringing a pop up saying incorrect login credentials while as am entering the correct details

If you can't access your Equity Wings to fly account via phone then the best option is to use a computer. You can also try to reset your login password by clicking "I Forgot My Password" to rule out any issue to do with incorrect login credentials.

It is also advisable that you use a computer for the application since some features of the portal may not be compatible with some mobile browsers.
