Circumstances under which cooperatives may be liquidated are;

  • Incase of court order
  • If members voluntarily decide to dissolve it
  • In case of an order from the commissioner of the society
  • If the society is declared bankrupt
  • Incase of withdrawal of members from the society leaving less than ten.
