HELB loan status verification failed means that there are required details or documents that you did not submit. Kindly check whether you provided all the required documents when you submitted your application form. Some of the documents and details required include but are not limited to an admission letter, national id, bank account, detail of people who will be your guarantors, parents' details, etc. Read more on application requirements.
You are required to apply for HELB loan 4 times which represents four years of study. Helb will suspend your account if you have applied more than 4 times.
