To defer KASNEB examination, you need to write a formal application letter to KASNEB explaining why you want to defer. You must provide evidence to justify reasons for deferment. For instance attach medical form, transfer of work station letter, etc. You must submit your deferment letter 30 days before start of exams unless it is an emergency case like sickness. Deferment letter and supporting evidence attachment can be dropped in any Huduma Centre KASNEB Desk.
For a candidate to be registered to resit Council of Legal Education (CLE ) ATP examination, they have to pay Ksh. 10,000 per unit. For re-marking, candidates have to pay Ksh. 15,000 per unit. Payment should be deposited to CLE Bank account.
