To find inpatient or outpatient facilities that accept AON MINET medical Insurance cover in your county dial *340#. To use the facility, you need to have the phone number you used during registration as an OTP code will be sent via SMS. You must provide the code at the facility to be attended to.
In order for a student to access and benefit from Edu Afya, student should visit any NHIF healthcare providers (HCPS) and provide either NHIF Membership card or letter of introduction from the school principal.
If your daughter is below six months then you are required to produce her birth notification. If she is above 6 months then her birth certificate is required plus passport photos. You are required to visit any NHIF office near your area or Huduma Center (NHIF Desk) and fill and submit NHIF dependent addition form.
