If the car is found to be involved in any criminal dealings CID will come for you. The best thing to do is to go to NTSA Upper Hill offices and deliver a written statement showing that the car does not belong to you, and you will not be held responsible if anything happens.
Remain with a copy of the delivered statement stamped by NTSA acknowledging that they received your statement.
