What is the difference between warm and cold ocean currents?

Some of the differences between warm and cold currents are;

  • Warm currents flow from the equator pole wards while cold currents flow from the poles towards the equator.
  • Warm currents are found on the eastern coasts of continent while cold currents are found on the western coasts.
