The process of TSC intercounty transfer of teachers is done online. Teachers can apply for inter county transfer through TSC transfer portal: https://hrmis.tsc.go.ke/tm-app/apply_transfer
Pending status in TSC teacher school transfer means that your application was successfully completed and it is awaiting remarks from your supervisors. The status will then change to acknowledged or not approved.
TSC teachers in Kenya can download their Pay slip by login to their Tpay account (https://tpay.tsc.go.ke). After login, click on the View Payslip link to access your payslips online.
To apply for TSC leave online, interns and teachers are required to use https://hrmis.tsc.go.ke/tm-app/apply_leave tsc teachers portal. Manual leave applications are not anymore acceptable since 1st December 2021. You will be required to have a TSC number, ID number, and mobile number to log in to TSC leave application link provided above.
The cost of being issued with TSC duplicate certificate of registration is Kenya Shillings 2055. The money is supposed to be deposited to TSC National Bank of Kenya account.
