TSC says that Mathematics is still a requirement but does not clearly explain the minimum grade for Mathematics for degree holders. However, for a diploma in education, you must have a C (plain) in Mathematics for science-based courses and D+( plus) in Mathematics in non-science-based courses. Therefore, if a diploma requires a C plain in Mathrmautcs then a degree must be C+ and above.
Please try to register with tsc , and if it goes through then you can be employed
One of the requirements of being employed by TSC if you did not do a Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Education course and you have a first degree in Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science is that you must do a Post graduate diploma in Education(PGDE).You must also have specialized in the particular subject you want to teach.NOTE: Before you waste your school fees doing a PGDE, visit any TSC quality assurance department office and let them provide you clearance. TSC has recently started being strict on the degrees that can be attached to education.

If you are referring to a college or university graduation certificate, then you must have one before applying. A secondary school certificate will not help.
