The option to opt out of the hustler fund is currently not available on all network service providers (Safaricom, Telkom, and Airtel).

This means, as of the day of publishing this answer, once you opt-in to the hustler fund, there is no option to opt-out.

This is a feature that has been requested by many Hustler Fund users who either want to change their phone numbers or did not receive a loan after registration and therefore want to leave.

We will update this answer once the opt out of hustler fund option is added on USSD.

How to access opting out in the hustler fund

The goverment should act first in providing a safer way of opting out if you have no any loan to service.

This is unfortunate. I tried to register but i realised the i could not becuse my wife whose number is registered with my ID had alredy registered. We are in agreement that she opts out so that i can register my own number but lo, its impossible. The goverment should include this option immediately because citizens have the right of autonomy. A citizen should be able to opt in at will and opt out at will as long as they have no outstanding loans.
