How do i reach customs office for held items

I recently bought a camera by aliexpress and it was supposed to be delivered on September 27th,am told a the seller my package is being held by customs. What's the next step to do when the good is held by the customs,how can i reached them

If the item was supposed to be delivered through Posta, then you can visit City Square post office 2nd floor, parcel section, and clear with customs a the custom office.

If the item was being delivered by a private courier service provider then you need to contact them for assistance with clearing.
