If you are facing the problem Mpesa business app transactions missing or not reflecting then update it to the latest version. Also try clearing the app's cache. As at writing this answer, Mpesa business app does not provide real-time transactions updates
If you are able to install your Mpesa for Business app during first installation then make sure that you are Safaricom mobile data bundles. You can then switch to using Wi-Fi after installation.>p>Make sure that android version your smartphone us using is above 4.44
Mpesa business app is available for download at Google Play store for android devices (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.safaricom.mpesa.orgapp). Mpesa for Business apk is available for download from apkpure.com but there is no guarantee that it will work.

When you get error "unfortunately helb has stopped" when you open HELB app then it means the app cannot connect to the server. Make sure that you have active internet connection and uninstall the app. Install it again, let us know if the error still exists.
