Is the second helb loan application opened for the year 2022/2023?

Am even trying to apply and getting a message that my institution details are missing. how can I resolve this?

As at the time of posting this answer, application for second subsequent loan is not open. Kindly wait for the 2022/23 loan application to be opened so that you can proceed to make the application.
