To replace a birth certificate that got burnt and you don't have a copy, then visit the register of birth's office where you were born and apply for birth certificate replacement. If you have a copy, visit huduma center for replacement.
Currently, there is no way to confirm the birth certificate of your child online. You will need to go to the civil registration department or huduma center with your children's birth notification or ID if he/she is over 18 years.
