Where can I report a landlord who has refused refund deposit

Hi all.. Does anyone knows someone or somewhere Where  I report a landlord who has refused to send back my deposit? 3 months after moving out of their building she keeps giving fake promises

You can visit The Rent Restrictions Tribunal office to have the matter between you and your landlord solved if the rent was below 2.5k. Their offices are based in Nairobi but we are not sure of the exact place. You can also try taking cops to the management.
