If you want to check whether your Safaricom Simcard is registered then dial Dial *106#and select check my number. You will see a list of numbers registered under your ID.
Unfortunately, there is no way Huduma Centre can hasten the process. Your fingerprints have to be processed by DCI who is the cause of the delays, not Huduma Centre.
To reactivate your sim card while abroad, send a message to Safaricom customer care with the number, your name, ID, and an alternative contact using the email address customercare@safaricom.co.ke or Twitter DM @Safaricom_Care.
To check whether your national ID number has been registered with another safaricom simcard dial *106# then select check my numbers, a pop-up will appear on your screen with a list of phone numbers registered with your national ID number. You will also receive a message with a list of numbers registered with your ID number
If you are referring to Safaricom Simcard, then you can reactivate it by calling Safaricom customer care through 100 (for prepaid). They will reactivate your SimCard.
