The deadline for Simcard registration detail updated in Kenya is 15 April 2022. That is according to a directive issued by the communication authority of Kenya in compliance with a new regulation. NOTE: The deadline has been extended to October 15, 2022

If you are in the diaspora or out of the country and you want to register or update your Safaricom Simcard details online then (currently) the only you have is to send Safaricom a message via Twitter @Safaricom_Care and they will help you with the registration process.Note: You will be required to provide your phone number, ID/passport number, and attach passport with (visa and biodata, exit stamp from Kenya, and entry stamp to the country you are). To block safaricom simcard that has been stolen, dial 456 and then select option 3 for line queries and 2 to replace your stolen line. Once you replace a stolen line, it will be inactive.
Safaricom M-Gas cooker and gas cylinder is free. What you will pay for is the gas that you will use after installation.
