To apply for HELB loan refund for overpayment, download enquiry form from (EF 1) this page and submit it to contactcentre@helb.co.ke or Mezzanine One (M1) Floor, Anniversary Towers, Nairobi.

You can also contact HELB loan via Twitter to inform them that you have submitted the form<.
