To reverse safaricom airtime sent to the wrong number then forward the Mpesa message to 456. If bought the airtime through bank or sent through Sambaza, then there is no way you can reverse the airtime unless you liaise with the recipient.
Safaricom reverse call cannot be blocked. If people are bothering you with reverse calls, then the only option you have is to ignore the reverse calls.
To reverse Kenya Power payment made through Mpesa to the wrong meter number then download and fill out the reallocation form and take it to any Kenya Power office in your area. You will be issued a reference number which you can use later to follow up on reversal delays. Tokens will be reallocated to the correct KPLC meter number and you will receive a message. You cannot reverse money sent to the wrong Paybill number. The only option you have is to call Safaricom and they will give you the phone number of the Paybill Number owner. You will be required to call the owner and request for reversal. Unless under very unique circumstances, Safaricom does not issue reversal for Paybill numbers.
