To change your huduma appointment account phone number then contact Huduma Centre via 0206900020 and they will help you to edit the phone number. It is important to use a valid phone number as the activation code will be sent to the phone number.

To register and book an appointment at huduma center, follow the procedure belowVisit appointment.hudumakenya.go.keClick Register if this is your first time or loginEnter your personal details (national ID, Name, password, phone, and email)Click RegisterA verification code will be sent to your phone number after clicking registerEnter your ID number, password, and verification code, and then log inAftr login, click New AppointmentSelect the Service Centre (Huduma Center that you want to visit)Select the appointment date and timeSelect your county then save appointmentyou will receive an sms message with your appointment detailsGo with the sms to huduma centerYou are doneNOTE: Remember to select the service you want, for instance, birth registration, ID renewal/replacement, CRB, HElb Loan, etc.
To book an appointment at Huduma Center go to https://appointment.hudumakenya.go.ke/ and register and then select the services and time you want to go to Huduma Center. Thereafter, click save app. You can book online using your smartphone. All you need is internet connection. Appointment time is between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PMYou can book an appointment for CRB Clearance certificate, Birth Certificate services, HELB, KASNEB, KUCCPS, NHIF, NCA, national ID services, NRB, NSSF, NTSA driving license collection, NTSA inquiries, KRA services, etc.You do not have to print the appointment receipt. Just provide the appoitment SMS sent to your phone.
If you are sure that you used a valid email during registration, then check if it went to your junk or spam or promotions folder of your email.
