Where do I get a CR12 document

A CR12 is a document from the Registrar of Companies detailing the ownership of a Limited Company in Kenya. To get CR12 document, login to eCitizen portal and click business registration services then you will see your registered companies.

Click the view button to open company details. After opening, below the page you will see downloads. That is where you are supposed to download CR/12
