Kabarak University extends a warm welcome to the students admitted to the University through Kenya
Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS). The lists of students are in the
University website and will also be published in the Standard Newspaper on Thursday, September 15,
2016. The joining instructions are as follows:
Reporting and Registration: Monday, September 19, 2016.

Orientation: Tuesday, September 20,2016.

Commencement of Lectures: Wednesday, September 21, 2016.
Admission Letters: The students are advised to download and print their admission letters and other requirements from the University website: http://eserver.kabarak.ac.ke:8082/jab/, or to pick them from Admissions Office at Main Campus, Nakuru Campus, or Nairobi Campus.
HELB Loans: Enquiries regarding loans and bursaries from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) may be done through the HELB website: www.helb.co.ke
Fees: Fee structures for various courses are available at the University website. Government-sponsored
students are required to pay at least Kshs.19,500 before or on registration date. The deadline for paying
all outstanding fees is November 4, 2016.

Students will be required to present the bank pay-in slips during registration for receipting.
